I hate to break it to you "Stan," but all those concepts you listed (gender identity, etc.) were created by heterosexual people. None of them originate with gender or sexual minorities. None.

Also, anyone who thinks that gay men have never "philosophized" about their sexual identity has never been in a gay bookstore or the LGBT studies section of any major library. There are hundreds of thousands of books that have been written, in many, many languages, on this subject, by lesbians and gay men.
