No one is indigenous to Palestine, the land now occupied by Israel. If indigeneity were a legitimate claim to land owndership, humanity would not be able to claim any land outside the Horn of Africa. Just beacuse your people once lived there doesn't mean you own it in perpetuity. Which is pretty much how property law works internationally...
