No. We stopped going to the movies because we got tired of paying to watch 30 min. of commercials (“previews”) before the movie we paid to watch, in an increasingly anti-social environment of screaming children, rude talkers, and cellphone calls/texts/screen glare. Why pay for that when for a fraction of the price we can watch movies in the civilized luxury of our ad-free home? It was a no-brainer to stop going to the movies, which we did years before Netflix etc.
