This reads like a White power screed from a Fox News pundit who for the first time has had their power and status challenged and therefore thinks they're a "victim." That was clear from your accusation that those who object to racist or sexist language do so because they're "offended." Never once have I heard that word used by anyone who wasn't the oppressor attempting to justify their oppressive behavior in the form of invidious and minimizing framing of any who dare challenge them. Thus, I wasn't surprised to read the attempt to justify your intolerance with "Some of my best friends are trans!" [eyeroll emoji] Seriously? Did you read that before you hit "publish"? And you have the temerity to accuse your readers of being "Karens"? Lol!

You should delete this before it does any more harm to your professional reputation...
